Varmo comes in two sizes: S covers EU 35–40 (UK 2.5–6.5) and L covers EU 41–46 (UK 7–11.5). Both have printed trim lines — find your size on the footbed and cut along the dashed line with regular scissors.

Cut slowly along the dashed line marked with your size, keeping to the printed curve. The heating film sits under the ball of the foot and arch, well below every trim line, so it is never affected. If you are between sizes, cut the larger line first and trim again if needed.

Up to 8 hours on Low, around 5 hours on Medium and about 3.5 hours on High. Battery life drops slightly below freezing, as with any lithium cell.

About 3 hours from empty using the supplied USB-C cable and any standard 5V phone charger. A small LED turns from red to white when charging is complete.

The insoles are IPX5 water resistant, so sweat, slush and rain are fine. They are not built for submersion — never put them in a washing machine or leave them soaking. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry.

The remote pairs to both insoles at once and works up to 10 metres, so you can change heat level through a jacket pocket or glove without taking your boots off.

No. The complete build is 3.5 mm thick with a flexible carbon heating film, so it feels like a normal cushioned insole.

Two years on the insoles, battery and remote, covering manufacturing faults. Ordinary wear from trimming and daily use is not covered.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 10-20 business days depending on customs (allow a few extra days during Nov-Jan peak season). Shipping is free.

You'll get a confirmation email once your order ships, with status updates — note that detailed real-time tracking isn't available. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping confirmation, email support@varmo.co.uk with your order number.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of delivery, no explanation needed. Item must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Email support@varmo.co.uk to start the process — refund follows within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Item arrived faulty? Email support@varmo.co.uk with your order number plus a photo/video of the fault. Once approved, full refund — no return needed. Processed within 5 working days.
