- How to useCharge both insoles fully (about 3 hours). Trim along the dashed line for your UK size, remove your existing insoles and drop the Varmo pair in. Hold the remote button for two seconds to pair, then tap to cycle Low, Medium and High. Warmth arrives within 30 seconds.
- Sizing guideSize S covers EU 35–40 (UK 2.5–6.5) and size L covers EU 41–46 (UK 7–11.5). Each pair has printed trim lines — cut along the line marked with your size. The heating element is never in the cut zone.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 10-20 business days depending on customs (allow a few extra days during Nov-Jan peak season). Shipping is free.
You'll get a confirmation email once your order ships, with status updates — note that detailed real-time tracking isn't available. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping confirmation, email support@varmo.co.uk with your order number.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days of delivery, no explanation needed. Item must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Email support@varmo.co.uk to start the process — refund follows within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
